The Buffalo Is Out of the Girl

Holy macaroni, is it ever cold here! Growing up, we went sledding off the roof of our house. Now, I barely want to go outside. It. is. cold! I heard today that lots of snow was expected....for the weekend! Where is the justice? Sweet mother of pearl, please let it snow on a school night. Please let it snow alot. At least the cold will seem worthwhile.

I have eagerly been working on next week's project. I think I will do a few different ones, but be aware, the extra cast members may show up later in the year, if I get desperate.

Lastly, I am getting psyched for a big musical that I will be attending soon. Oh, you know what I am talking about. It's here (albeit, community theatre)! Hint below....

52 Projects, 52 Weeks

This year, I resolve to attempt to finish 52 projects; one a week. Yeah, a bit ambitious. The first project is complete.

Whenever we head out to dinner, inevitably, there is a handful of cars on the bottom of my purse. So, I found this little number while searching some sites. (I can't remember which one, unfortunately.) A car caddy that folds up and has it's own road. O has been playing with it around the house and seems to get a kick out of it.



Project 1, complete. Only 51 more to go. And you know what?....I can't wait!

A few photos from last month. Owen dressed as a cowboy for Fasching (German Mardi Gras), Henry & Gracie, and the boys together. Mark successfully made it through knee surgery, and either a.) he was bored at home that long, or b.) he felt the need to buy himself a 'I made it through surgery gift'. Hence, the Wii and Rock Band.

Need a Laugh?

You must check out this blog. Every time I read it, I either spit out milk through my nose or laugh so hard tears run down my face. It is hilarious.

Here are some more pictures from our Florida vacation. The boys are at a local park that has a water splash area.

My Mom found a great pirate cruise that we went on. The boys loved it and the cruise was such fun. Really well done.

The weather here is cold and snowy. I am ready to move someplace warm....year round. Change that, I won't be greedy, I'll take sunny and decent for most of the year.

Karate Kid

Guess who started karate on Friday? Oh yes, he did! He was practicing Jackie Chan style the entire week. Here is is with Master George. He likes it enough, but it unfortunately, class conflicts with swimming. We are trying to rearrange our swim time so H can continue. Hi-ya!
